CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

You can return the products you purchased within 7 days, provided that they are in their original packaging and undamaged.

The product you wish to return must be delivered to our address in full within 7 days, provided that the original packaging is intact, undamaged, and unused. In such cases, if the products are sent via courier, the return shipping cost shall belong to the CUSTOMER.

You must send the product in its original box, along with the product invoice and a note containing the reason for the return, to our Return Acceptance Warehouse address written below.

The incoming product is first inspected by our Return Department; if necessary, it is sent to the authorized technical service or supplier firms for testing.

You can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return below. If any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted.

• A note including the reason for the return

Products to be returned within the 7-day period must be delivered complete and undamaged, along with the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

Returns are not accepted for products whose original box/packaging is damaged, has lost its resalability feature, or is in a condition that cannot be purchased by another customer.

The return of products is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, intact, and the product is unused.

In order to cancel the products you have purchased, you must contact us via e-mail or telephone before the products are dispatched. Order cancellation is not possible after the products have been delivered to the courier.
