DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Agreement has been signed between the following parties within the framework of the terms and conditions stated below.
A. 'BUYER' ; (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER" in the agreement)
B. 'SELLER' ; (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER" in the agreement)

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that if they confirm the order subject to the contract, they will be under the obligation to pay the order price and any additional fees specified, such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been informed about this matter.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the written explanations opposite them.

SERVICE: The subject of any consumer transaction other than the provision of goods, performed or committed to be performed in return for a fee or benefit,
SELLER: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier,
BUYER: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,
SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,
ORDERER: The natural or legal person who requests a good or service through the SELLER's website,
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOODS: Refers to the movable goods subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, sound, images, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

6. CONTRACT PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION
6.1. The basic features of the Goods/Product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER's website. 6.2. The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. 6.3. The sales price of the goods or services subject to the contract, including all taxes, and payment details are shown in the order summary on the site. 6.4. The shipping fee, which is the product shipment cost, will be paid by the BUYER.
7. INVOICE INFORMATION
The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address along with the order during delivery.
8. SECURITY-PRIVACY, PERSONAL DATA, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL-INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Rules regarding the protection, privacy, processing of information on our site, and commercial electronic communications have been established in accordance with the current KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and e-commerce legislation. By approving this text, the BUYER consents to the processing of their personal data for the specified purposes and to receiving commercial communications.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The performance of the contract, delivery times, right of withdrawal process, and obligations of the parties are subject to Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations. The SELLER undertakes to act in accordance with the legal legislation regarding the fulfillment of contract obligations, delivery of the product, cases of defective goods, and return processes.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, without giving any justification and without paying any penal clause.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
According to the Regulation; it is not possible to return goods prepared in line with personal needs, rapidly perishing goods, hygienic products whose packaging has been opened (underwear, cosmetics, etc.), or products such as audio or video recordings, software programs if their packaging has been opened.
12. STATUS OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts that in case they fall into default in payment transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be responsible to the bank.
13. AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer problems arbitration committee or the consumer court in the place where the consumer's residence is located or where the consumer transaction is made, within the monetary limits specified in the Law.
14. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER performs the payment for the order placed through the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
